Our new health and nutrition program in Freehold NJ can jumpstart your efforts to become healthier and thinner. Ignite9 is a nine-week program that is offered by Relentless Fitness for those clients that want to lose weight and be healthier, but have been reluctant to start a fitness program. Many people want to look and feel better but are intimidated by many fitness clubs and programs. It is easy to be scared of the process and unsure of just where to start. Past bad experiences and failures in fitness programs and diets tend to cause people to give up and resign themselves to being overweight and unhealthy. This new program is meant for these people and others who want a safe, manageable way to get the tools they need to lose weight and become healthier.
The nine-week fitness program is only the beginning of a weight loss and fitness transformation. It provides a structured beginning for the client’s weight loss and fitness goals over 153 different available class times. It is based on a variety of workouts for different parts of the body. Classes include those for weight loss, cardio, bootcamp training, endurance, boxing, intensity interval training, and more. In addition to the group classes, there are nine weekly individual training sessions with a certified trainer who has designed the workouts for each individual’s needs. The exercises and techniques learned in the group and individual sessions will give each person a foundation for future fitness.
Another aspect of the group and individual sessions is to inspire and motivate members to make a real change for the better in their lives. When the nine weeks are over, the participants can sign up for additional supervised training sessions and fitness support. The third and equally important part of this fitness program involves nine weekly group discussions where participants are taught other aspects of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Proper nutrition goes hand in hand with exercise to make a good fitness program. It is helpful to learn about planning and preparing healthy meals and making other healthy lifestyle decisions. This section of the program even includes a web-based group nutritional instruction and guidance tool.
The program encourages variety in each person’s workout program so the whole body gets a workout. Every day the staff inspires and motivates participants to make this positive change in their lives.
