At Relentless, we understand the importance of nutrition. Nutrition plays a crucial role in whether or not you're successful in reaching your goals. It is a proven fact, that you have a greater chance in reaching your weight loss/fitness goals if you follow a nutrition plan, that is in line with your training plan. At Relentless, we bring the science back to nutrition. We do not promote short-term fixes. We don’t suggest you spend hundreds of dollars on supplements, or ‘the next big fad’. The Relentless nutrition approach is simple, effective, and can be mastered by all fitness levels. NUTRITION

My name is Stephanie Leonetti, I attended Rutgers University, where I earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutritional Science/Dietetics. I am also a Certified Sports Nutritionist. While at college, I took part in Nutrition Advocates helping bring nutrition awareness to the community. I have been in the field of nutrition for 11 years continually learning and growing as a nutritionist. My approach is to work with you to create a plan that helps you not only lose weight but keep it off. Learn how to lose weight with real food and a no calorie counting approach. I am here to keep you accountable and motivate you throughout your weight loss journey. My goal is to make this a lifestyle change so you don't have to diet again.

Our Relentless discussion group will take place monthly and cover a wide variety of topics to help stimulate the mind and body in a positive direction.
