NEXT GENERATION COACH IN TRAINING

Lexi Klinger has been in love with fitness since day one of stepping into Relentless at 12 years old. Fitness is her passion. She wants to take all of the knowledge that we have given her and will continue to give her to the next level.

 

She does everything from boxing to weight lifting.Everyday she comes in and all she wants to do is learn. “ You learn one new thing everyday”. That quote stays in her head 24/7. Lexi is all about connecting with the next generation of the Relentless Community!

Be Relentless Kids Classes  

Our Be Relentless against bullying class is the headline of our Relentless Kids classes. A membership is available for anyone from 8-12 years of age. Classes are listed on our schedule page. An environment is created like no other during our Be Relentless Classes. We focus not only on fitness and being active but utilize boxing to teach individuals how to safely and effectively defend them self. We also take the time to mentor and promote skills such as communication and leadership throughout our classes.

With this information, we will design a workout program for you. Our goal is to have all the requested programs to you ASAP.  A relentless Coach will contact you within the next 24 hours to introduces themself and give an estimated time of completion of your program. Please do not hesitate to reach out to our Relentless Coach that’s designed your program at any time with questions.

CLASS SCHEDULE

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Bootcamp – A wide variety of interval training.
Circuit – Conditioning targeting strength and muscular endurance.
Boxing – A class full of boxing technique and great cardio.
TABATA – High intensity interval training.

CHALLENGE DAY

 

On the last Saturday of every month Relentless Fitness holds a special class that gives our current members and future members a chance to experience a little bit of everything. This 1 hour and 30 minute class is a combination of all of our classes we have to offer, Boxing, Weighted Circuit, Body Weight, Conditioning and High Intensity Interval Training. It has proven to be a great experience for all levels and a good day to break into the Relentless Scene!

Following our Supervised Training Program, Relentless Fitness will set you up with an experienced, knowledgeable, and certified coach to begin Personal Training sessions with additional focus and personal attention to take you to an additional level of health and fitness.
